Hotel Management Oversight

Our role as asset managers is essentially to provide a comprehensive liaison between a client and their management team. The aim of this role is; quite simply to protect the client’s interests and enhance the overall value and ROI of a given asset by providing oversight of daily operations through effective revenue maximization and cost reduction strategies. It also entails conducting an initial operational audit to review and challenge all aspects of operations, including analysis of all revenue and cost centers, as well as review and analysis of the property physical attributes, identifying opportunities for overall improvement, programming recommended capital improvement, developing budgets, scheduling development, and managing all design and construction services.

  • Monthly reviews with operator’s executive personnel on performance of the operation
  • Provide guidance with development of annual budget and capital expenditure
  • Evaluation of monthly operational financial statements
  • Conduct frequent site visits to monitor adherence to established standards
  • Identify potential shortcomings and propose possible solutions
  • Evaluate performance of operator’s key personnel
  • Conduct continuous Sales & Marketing reviews
  • Annual Capital Expenditure plan analysis
  • Review and provide views for approval on all capital expenditures required
